We follow a traditional school year September thru May and have three different programs to best serve each age group. Preschool can be an enriching experience for your child when they show signs of social readiness. If your little one enjoys interacting with other children, it's a positive indicator. Additionally, if they are trying to express their emotions and needs, it suggests emotional maturity and they are ready to build on those thoughts! Preschool will help to hone in on social and emotional skills.

A natural curiosity and budding independence are key indicators that your child might be ready for the preschool adventure. If they show interest in exploring new things, ask questions about the world around them, and express a desire to do tasks independently, it's a positive sign. Preschool environments encourage curiosity and foster independence, making this developmental stage ideal for your child's growth.

Keep an eye on your child's cognitive and motor skills development. If they can follow simple instructions, engage in basic problem-solving, and show interest in books, it's an excellent time to consider preschool. Additionally, basic motor skills such as holding a marker, using scissors, and dressing themselves are valuable capabilities that will be further strengthen in a preschool setting.
